A note about personal data
Written in October 2026 and pinned next to the list. It applies for as long as it hangs here.
Who signs this note
The person answering for this site, and for whatever happens to the details of anyone who gets in touch, is me, Josimar Pinto Pereira, a sole proprietor registered in Brazil under tax number (CNPJ) 44.071.040/0001-08, at Rua Parnaíba, no. 585, Minaslândia, Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. Nobody else handles it: the data officer that Brazil's Law 13.709/2018 (the LGPD) requires is me, and the channel for any question about data is contato@jomasicase.com.
What arrives when you call or write
This site has no form to fill in, no sign-up, no password and no customer area. What I receive is whatever you choose to send: your name, the number you called from, the e-mail address you used, the address of the home where the repair is and, if you send one, a photo of the spot. I use all of that to understand the job, arrange the visit and, if the work goes ahead, issue the tax document for it.
The legal footing for that use is the conversation leading up to the job and the job itself once agreed. When a detail has to be kept longer because of a tax obligation, that obligation becomes the footing.
What the server logs without anyone typing
The pages are hosted on Cloudflare's network. Like any host, it logs the IP address of whoever opens a page, the time, which page was asked for and the browser's name, for a short period and for the purpose of keeping the service up and blocking abuse. Those logs stay with Cloudflare under its own privacy policy; I do not look at them day to day and I do not match them against calls or e-mails.
Typefaces, and no cookies of mine
The lettering on this sheet comes from the Google Fonts service. To load it, your browser makes a direct request to Google's servers and hands them your IP address, the same way it does for any file fetched from the web. Beyond that, nothing: this site sets no cookies, has no visitor counter, carries no advertising pixel and stores no preference on your device.
Who your details may pass through
Cloudflare, which hosts the pages and forwards the domain's e-mail; the provider of the mailbox where I read messages; the phone carrier, when we talk by call; and the accountant or the invoicing system, when there is a tax document. None of them receives your details for advertising, and I do not sell or hand over a contact list to anyone.
How long I keep things
- Messages and calls that do not turn into a job: deleted within six months of the last exchange.
- Details tied to a job that was done: kept while Brazilian tax rules still require the matching document.
- A photo of the repair spot: deleted as soon as the job ends, or as soon as it is clear it will not happen.
What you can ask me for, and how soon I answer
You can ask me whether I hold anything about you and what it is; request a copy; have me correct what is wrong or incomplete; ask me to erase what no longer needs keeping; take back a permission you once gave; and learn who your details passed through. Write to the e-mail address on this note and say what you want.
I answer inside 15 business days, the count starting when the request reaches me. If my answer does not settle it, Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) takes complaints at gov.br/anpd.
When this note is rewritten
If I change how the site is hosted, start using a new tool or alter the periods above, I replace this note with another one, with a fresh date up top. What applies to you is the text pinned to the wall on the day you read it.
